Follow all traffic laws and be aware of your surroundings while running.
Wear visible gear during early morning or evening runs.
Inform someone if you plan to run alone or take a different route.
3. Be Supportive
Encourage fellow members and offer assistance when needed.
Share tips and advice in a constructive manner.
4. Stay Inclusive
Welcome new members and help them feel at home.
Avoid cliques and ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate.
5. Communicate Openly
Share any concerns or suggestions with the group in a respectful way.
Use group channels for club-related discussions, keeping personal matters private.
6. Commit to Attendance
Attend scheduled runs regularly to foster camaraderie.
If you can’t make it, inform the group when possible.
7. Represent the Club
Wear club gear when participating in events or races.
Be a positive ambassador for the club in the community.
