FAQ
What’s the process for joining Bluetape?
We recommend just showing up for a couple of our runs to see if the club is a good fit. If you decide you want to join Bluetape, speak to one of our members about joining and we'll begin the process.
Is this club only for men?
Yes, Bluetape is a men’s run club focused on brotherhood, accountability, and personal growth among men but we welcome and encourage women to join us on our runs. While the core community and mission are centered around men, our goal is to foster a supportive environment where everyone feels motivated to move and grow—together.
What does it cost to join?
It’s free for now! Everyone involved, from road captains to photographers, participates out of love for the sport and camaraderie of the club.
Am I too slow to join?
We welcome runners of all paces. If you're concerned about being left behind, just reach out to us in advance and we'll make sure you have a running mate.
Which days do you run?
We usually run in the mornings. Check out our run schedule here.
Do I need to be training for a 5k, marathon, etc.?
Not at all. While many runners do have races coming up, many just enjoy running for its own sake.
What kind of run gear should I wear?
We encourage all club members to wear club shirts during runs. If you would like to purchase a club shirt or supporter shirt, please see Bluetape leadership during a run.
